An air conditioner was placed in Biaoxin’s canting

An air conditioner was placed in Biaoxin’s canting last week. When the workers finished half day’s work, they have a cool environment to enjoy their lunch and supper.

The weather is very hot and sultry this summer in Xuyi. Sometimes the maximum temperature reaches 39 degree Celsius. If the temperature goes above 35 degree, it would be defined as high-temperature weather which is not suitable for outdoor work.

Biaoxin has one big workshop which are divided into several segments for welding, polishing, machining and assembly etc. Because it’s a very big work place, it’s too costly to install air conditioners for the workshop. So every segment has several big electric fans which help to bring cool wind and to cool down the temperature.

In the hottest days, we set workers on holidays as it’s unbearable to work in such days. Because of the hot weather, we have postponed some delivery of mixing machines to Malaysia and Tanzania.

When the air conditioner was not installed in the canting, it’s very hot inside the canting which made everybody lose their appetite. It made eating like a battle which you should end as early as possible. After every meal, sweat came down from everybody’s face and body. It’s like you just took a sauna.

Now the air conditioner makes the canting cool and enjoyable. Good weather brings good feelings and mood. Everybody now has better appetite and can enjoy the meal. Hopefully we can speed up with manufacturing homogenizer machine and deliver them on time.
