Biaoxin delivered one set of vacuum emulsifying mixer to Alexandria, Egypt

It’s nearly twelve p.m. when the last wooden box was loaded up in the truck. Everybody sighed and relaxed.

These wooden boxes contained one complete set of BXZRJ vacuum emulsifying mixer for an Egyptian customer. They should be delivered tonight to catch the ship leaving for Alexandria, Egypt.

Because of the Shanghai Expo 2010 opening from 1st May, all trucks, cars, people coming in and out Shanghai must be inspected for safety concern. So the truck was much delayed to arrive at our factory. Anyway, we made it.

Biaoxin got this order from a cosmetics manufacturer before Chinese New Year. It includes one 200L vacuum emulsifying mixer for hair dye cream and one 50L disperser mixer for dissolving colors. The lobe pump is equipped for transferring the finished cream from vacuum mixer to several portable storage tanks. As hair cream is with high viscosity, customer asked us to increase the motor power of batch homogenizer and wall scraper to handle this heavy duty.

Egyptian government issued a new regulation in 2009. It requests that all cosmetics must be prepared, made, transferred and packed in a closed system for sanitary purpose. So more and more cosmetics manufacturers in Egypt are now looking for good suppliers with cGMP standard cosmetics manufacturing equipment. It’s a very good opportunity for Chinese suppliers as many companies will upgrade their old cosmetic machines and systems.
