Although it’s hot outside the office building, the workers keep working and decorating the new rooms in the third floor.

Biaoxin Mixers moved to this new factory in 2007. At that time, we decorated two stores of office building as we don’t have many workers. On the first floor, there’s a show room with our emulsifying machines, inline mixers, batch mixers, dispersers, storage tanks, pumps and fittings etc.

There’s an entertainment room with table tennis table, Chinese chess and liquid crystal TV on the first floor. When a day’s work finishes, workers go there and have some recreation.

The canting is on the first floor, too. It provides lunch and supper meals with just a little charge for every worker.

On the second floor, sales, technical, financial and administrative departments are located respectively.

On the third floor, we’re furnishing several rooms which will be used for dorms for some of our workers.

To provide better facilities for our workers, Biaoxin aims to make the factory feel like home. Workers in such a relaxing environment will have a better mood and work in an efficient way.

Another dorm building for workshop workers has been listed in the company’s agenda. Hopefully we’ll start constructing it before the end of 2010.

With the new working environment, we’ll work hard and efficiently to make quality mixing equipment and industrial mixer for our customers.
