Two sets of BXZRJ-500 emulsifying mixers and two sets of BXT-1000 storage tanks have been sent to a pharmaceutical customer last night. There’re some sets of lobe pumps and fittings delivered at the same truck.

This customer is building their new factory for making pharmacy in Henan province. Ointment manufacture is only part of the project. We participated in the tender and got the deal in June.

BXZRJ is the most popular emulsifying machine in our products range for pharmaceutical companies to make ointment. So people sometimes call it ointment making machine directly. In these500Lmachines, customers will use steam to heat the ointment. The steam pressure is 3bar.

These two BXT-1000 storage tanks are double jacketed tanks with insulation. Customer needs to keep the ointment in a warm condition and then to fill it in the tubes.

Lobe pumps are placed between mixer and storage tank. When the ointment is ready inside the mixer, it will be pumped to the storage tank. And there’re other lobe pumps between our storage tanks and filling machines. Ointment will be transferred to the hopper of filling machine to fill and seal it.

The machines will arrive at customer’s factory this afternoon. The workers of the pharmaceutical company will unload and take them to their bacteria free workshop. After they furnish their bacteria free workshop, our technicians will go to commission the machines.
