These vacuum storage tanks are single jacketed vessels with PU form insulation. The contact parts are made of SS316L and non-contact parts are made of SS304.

The storage vessel can resist -0.097Mpa vacuum pressure under normal temperature. But we don’t provide vacuum pumps with these vacuum tanks. Customer has their own vacuum power station in the factory.

There are several openings in the cover of the vacuum storage tanks including liquid inlet, vacuum port, breather/vacuum breaker, CIP spray ball, SIP port, spares etc. There’s a bottom butterfly valve for discharging the liquid to filling machines.

Some preparation tanks made by Biaoxin were packed and delivered to a local pharmaceutical factory this afternoon. These preparation tanks will be used to manufacture pharmaceutical preparations.

Biaoxin has been making preparation tanks and liquid mixers for ten years. The first area we entered was pharmaceutical industry. Preparation tanks or liquid preparation tanks are the basic equipment for making preparations, especially liquid-based ones.

Typical preparation tanks include the double jacketed vessel for heating and cooling and the paddle mixer for mixing the preparation. Vacuum system is an option to choose. The applications of preparation mixers are injection, infusion and oral drinks etc.

Propellers like that used in a boat are widely used in preparation tanks. It rotates quickly and pushes the liquid downward. The liquid goes upward along the wall of inside tank and forms a circulation. Variable speed is possible by using frequency inverters.

A 20”containerful of chemical mixers was delivered this afternoon to Kelang port, Malaysia. The package includes mixing vessels, multi-shaft mixers, portable mixing tanks, vacuum pumps and spare parts.

Customer is an engineering company which is professional in providing chemical mixers for worldwide chemical companies. We have cooperated with them for some years. They trust us very much for the quality control and fast delivery.

This chemical mixers order was put in July with tight manufacturing time for us. It happens that it’s extremely hot this summer in China. We have fewer working days than usual because of the weather. Anyway, we made it to deliver these mixer machines on time.

After the container truck arrived at our factory this afternoon, we took one of the 20”containers off the truck using two bridge cranes. It’s easier for us to load the container with mixing vessels, multi-shaft mixers and portable mixing tanks on the ground.

The six pieces of chemical mixers just fit the container well and were fixed firmly. After all the machines were loaded, we sealed the container and lifted it back onto the truck.

These machines will arrive in Malaysia in 8 days and will be used to manufacture balm, which is an oily chemical ingredient for making cream and ointment.

The customer comes from Damascus, Syria and has a cosmetics factory under construction. The factory has two parts as perfumery making and cream making. The perfume making workshops will be finished first and the cream workshops will be finished early next year.

Customer firstly contacted us through Alibaba.com for the quotation in May. Now as the construction of perfume workshops comes to an end, customer decided to come to China to finalize the perfume machine. They choose our factory as their first stop. Along with the perfume making machine, customer also need some storage tanks to work with it.

After confirming the technical specifications with customer, we gave the offer of one set of 500L perfume making machine and several 500L and 1000L storage vessels.

Customer also requested the quote of one set of 200L BXZRJ vacuum emulsifying mixer. They will take the cosmetic mixer to make cream and lotion early next year.

Biaoxin has three customers from Syria now. Two of them are in cosmetic companies and one is in pharmaceutical industry. All of them took our BXZRJ vacuum emulsifying mixer, which is popular to make cream and ointment.

Perfumery is very popular in Middle East. Almost everybody likes to use perfumery every day. So it’s a very large market for our perfume machine in Middle East. We welcome perfume manufacturers to contact us to discuss and buy our quality machines.

An air conditioner was placed in Biaoxin’s canting last week. When the workers finished half day’s work, they have a cool environment to enjoy their lunch and supper.

The weather is very hot and sultry this summer in Xuyi. Sometimes the maximum temperature reaches 39 degree Celsius. If the temperature goes above 35 degree, it would be defined as high-temperature weather which is not suitable for outdoor work.

Biaoxin has one big workshop which are divided into several segments for welding, polishing, machining and assembly etc. Because it’s a very big work place, it’s too costly to install air conditioners for the workshop. So every segment has several big electric fans which help to bring cool wind and to cool down the temperature.

In the hottest days, we set workers on holidays as it’s unbearable to work in such days. Because of the hot weather, we have postponed some delivery of mixing machines to Malaysia and Tanzania.

When the air conditioner was not installed in the canting, it’s very hot inside the canting which made everybody lose their appetite. It made eating like a battle which you should end as early as possible. After every meal, sweat came down from everybody’s face and body. It’s like you just took a sauna.

Now the air conditioner makes the canting cool and enjoyable. Good weather brings good feelings and mood. Everybody now has better appetite and can enjoy the meal. Hopefully we can speed up with manufacturing homogenizer machine and deliver them on time.

Biaoxin Machinery, the vice-presidential member of Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce makes all kinds of homogenizers and keeps growing fast since it moved to Xuyi, Huai’an City. Its rapid growth aroused the interest of other members of the chamber who are very interested to take a visit.

Although it’s hot outside the office building, the workers keep working and decorating the new rooms in the third floor.

Biaoxin Mixers moved to this new factory in 2007. At that time, we decorated two stores of office building as we don’t have many workers. On the first floor, there’s a show room with our emulsifying machines, inline mixers, batch mixers, dispersers, storage tanks, pumps and fittings etc.

There’s an entertainment room with table tennis table, Chinese chess and liquid crystal TV on the first floor. When a day’s work finishes, workers go there and have some recreation.

The canting is on the first floor, too. It provides lunch and supper meals with just a little charge for every worker.

On the second floor, sales, technical, financial and administrative departments are located respectively.

On the third floor, we’re furnishing several rooms which will be used for dorms for some of our workers.

To provide better facilities for our workers, Biaoxin aims to make the factory feel like home. Workers in such a relaxing environment will have a better mood and work in an efficient way.

Another dorm building for workshop workers has been listed in the company’s agenda. Hopefully we’ll start constructing it before the end of 2010.

With the new working environment, we’ll work hard and efficiently to make quality mixing equipment and industrial mixer for our customers.
