One complete set of BXZRJ-E vacuum emulsifier mixer and chiller was delivered to Customs warehouse this evening. The destination of the cargo is Ashdod, Israel.
The mixer and chiller were ordered by a cosmetics company after Chinese New Year. Customer will use our BXZRJ-E vacuum emulsifier mixer to make medium viscosity cream and use the water chiller to cool the cream before filling.
Customer firstly chose BXZRJ vacuum emulsifying mixer to make the cream. But they think that the price of BXZRJ is a little bit higher for them. So we asked us to recommend a cheaper cream mixer with similar functions.
According to their requirements, BXZRJ-E vacuum emulsifier mixer is the right mixing machine for them. It has the very similar functions as BXZRJ. The batch homogenizer is mounted from the top and shares the same rotor and stator. Of course there’re several differences between these two types.
The main difference is the lifting system for the cover. BXZRJ takes hydraulic system to lift the cover. It’s strong and can lift the cover of mixers up to 3000L. BXZRJ-E use pneumatic air as the source of cover lifting. It’s cheap and suitable for small mixing usually within 100L capacity.
The second difference is the vacuum system for the emulsifying tank. BXZRJ vacuum emulsifying machine uses water ring type vacuum pump to generate vacuum. It’s powerful, quick and efficient. The SIHI vacuum pump can make vacuum up to -0.097Mpa. BXZRJ-E vacuum emulsifier machine uses propeller type vacuum pump for vacuum generation. It’s generally suitable for small volume and has lower vacuum capability of -0.08Mpa.
The water-cooled chiller will be used to cool the cream after it’s mixed and emulsified in the emulsifying mixer. Customer need to cool the cream from 90 degree Celsius to 40 degree within 1 hour and asked for a quality chiller. We bought the ICA-2 water chiller from Kansa. They’re the professional chiller manufacturer.
Our technicians have tested the vacuum mixer and chiller in our factory. Both the machines worked fine.
