The 10th China (Xuyi) International Crayfish Festival opens today

China International Crayfish Festival opens on June 12, 2010 in Xuyi, Jiangsu province. It’s the tenth event since Xuyi firstly held the crayfish festival in 2001 and is the most important festival in Xuyi County.

China (Xuyi) International Crayfish Festival 2010 is organized by Xuyi County, Yangtse Evening Newspaper, Jiangsu Environmental Protection Department, Jiangsu Ocean and Fishing Department, Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation, Victoria State of Australia, Rotorua City of New Zealand and Malmo City of Sweden.

The opening ceremony was held in Duliang Park and starring a lot of famous stars from around the world.

Biaoxin Machinery offers one day holiday for workers to take part in the festival. Some workers get a ticket for the ceremony in the evening and some get allowance instead of tickets.

Some of our customers from Shanghai, Wenzhou and Ningbo came to visit the festival and our factory. Everybody tasted the fresh crawfish and appraised the good flavor.

The crayfish festival will hold till July 31, 2010. The domestic sub-conventions include Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen. The international sub-conventions include Australia, New Zealand and Sweden.
